We report the discovery and characterization of bacteriophages ASegato, DejaVu, Judebell, RicoCaldo, isolated from grass samples collected in Quincy, Massachusetts, using Microbacterium foliorum B-24224 as isolation host. Based on gene content similarity, these phages are assigned to actinobacteriophage clusters ED2, ED1, EG, EK2 respectively.

Abstract The antioxidant properties and total phenolic compounds of soybean extract fermented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae during 24 h were evaluated. Total polyphenolic extracted in ethanol/water (1:1) solution 789.54 mg/g dry extract, flavonoids 169.47 mg quercetin equivalents/g extract.
