This report describes the case of a 30-year-old homeless man from Pereira, Colombia with tuberculosis, who presented massive hemoptysis and associated aneurysm left upper lobe (Rasmussen aneurysm). Computed tomography angiography three-dimensional reconstruction confirmed aneurysm, embolization was performed successfully.
