K-shell X-ray production cross-sections measurement campaigns were carried out at the ARRONAX cyclotron with titanium, chromium, copper, molybdenum, silver and gold targets for different energies from 15 to 68 MeV. These measurements, using three detectors (SDD, CdTe HPGe), complete database 66 new values.
