Venous ulcers are the most common type of human chronic nonhealing wounds and stalled in a constant excessive inflammatory state. The molecular mechanisms underlying wound inflammation remain elusive. Moreover, little is known about role regulatory RNAs, such as microRNAs, pathogenesis venous ulcers.
