Acanthamoebic encephalitis is a rare and highly fatal disease that has no standard management protocol. Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) causes immune dysfunction may predispose patients to this infection. The present study describes successful of acanthamoebic in young male who recently recovered from COVID-19 using combination medical surgical approaches. A miltefosine with other agents trophicidal cysticidal activities should be used the regimen. Surgical excision abscess undertaken whenever feasible.
