A new Si-gradient steel (JNRF TM ) with a combination of low iron loss and high magnetic flux density was developed by controlling the Si distribution in thickness direction crystal orientation. AbstractWe succeeded in growing high-quality single crystals of UCoGa5 and URhGa5 by the self-flux method measured electrical resistivity, magnetic susceptibility, de Hass-van Alphen(dHvA) oscillation. We have carried out de Haas–van Alphen (dHvA) experiments on a ferromagnet CeRh3B2 with an extremely high Curie temperature K and non-4f reference compound LaRh3B2. CeRh3B2 is a ferromagnet with an unexpectedly high Curie temperature and low saturation magnetic moments.
