As the result of climate change and deteriorating global environmental quality, nations are under pressure to reduce their emissions greenhouse gases per unit GDP. China has announced that it is aiming not only carbon emission GDP, but also consume increased amounts non-fossil energy. The allowance a new type financial asset in each Chinese province city affects individual firms. This paper attempts examine allocative efficiency reduction energy consumption by employing zero sum gains data...

Hyperspectral LiDAR (HSL) is a promising active detection technique for underwater positioning and remote sensing, enabling the simultaneous acquisition of three-dimensional topographic spectral information targets. This study presents an advanced hyperspectral (UDHSL) system with range 450–700 nm, adjustable bandwidth 10–300 tunable repetition frequency 50 kHz to 1 MHz. The achieves high precision laser divergence angle ≤1 mrad, pulse width 7 ns, energy 7.5 µJ, ranging resolution 1.13 cm...

Many countries and scholars have used various strategies to improve optimize the allocation ratios for carbon emission allowances. This issue is more urgent China due uneven development across country. paper proposes a new method that divides low-carbon economy processes into two separate periods: from 2020 2029 2030 2050. These periods unique requirements emissions reduction potential; therefore, they must involve different methods, so behaviors do not stall of regional economies. During...

The analysis of greenhouse gas emission characteristics on urban roads is great significance for understanding the sources and sinks gases their changing patterns. Based tunable diode laser derivative absorption spectroscopy technology, which features high resolution, sensitivity, fast response, a vehicle-mounted system capable simultaneously detecting CO2 CH4 has been developed. response time 0.38 s, with detection sensitivities 5 ppb 0.2 ppm CO2, power consumption approximately 4.8 W,...

Reliable spectroscopic parameters of probed species at high temperature, such as line strengths, self-broadening coefficients, air-broadening and temperature exponents, are important in absorption spectroscopy for accurately studying properties, concentration, speed, their corresponding field distributions. However, from widely used database HITEMP mainly theoretical calculation results, there exist considerable errors compared with the results actual situations. In order to validate CO2...

A modulation frequency multiplexed dual diode-laser system is developed for simultaneous detection of the two most common fire gas products CO and CO2. Simultaneous achieved by modulating each laser at different frequencies, demodulating signal a pair lock-in amplifiers gas. Laser beams are combined detected one detector after passing through an identical optical path. The experimental results show little performance degradation associated with multiplexing, no cross-talk between channels measured.

Fully weathered granite (FWG) is a commonly used material for filling the subgrade of highway. Existing conventional laboratory experiments indicated that it can be classified as sandy soil per its particle diameter. Blending fly ash within FWG, referring to ash-amended fully (FAFWG), seems heighten strength and bearing capacity. To estimate optimal proportion ash, unconfined compressive (UCS) tests had been conducted on six categories FWG specimens with different contents lime (as an...
