Abstract Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare, aggressive hematologic malignancy that can present with multiorgan involvement including the skin. While this entity accounts for 0.1% of all cutaneous lymphomas in adults, fewer than 90 pediatric cases have been described literature. We three BPDCN, highlighting variable and clinical presentation.
Although prisoners are considered a vulnerable population, no data repository currently exists to monitor the COVID-19 incidence in Nigerian prisons. To better understand impact of within prison system, prisons should develop detailed response protocols, implement enhanced point-of-care testing, and initiate contact tracing with meticulous collection.
