DNA family shuffling is a powerful method for enzyme engineering, which utilizes recombination of naturally occurring functional diversity to accelerate laboratory-directed evolution. However, the use this technique has been hindered by scarcity genes with required level sequence identity in genome database. We describe here strategy collecting metagenomic homologous from environmental samples truncated gene-specific PCR (TMGS-PCR). Using identified primers, twenty-three 921-bp lipase gene...

Many studies have established that T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA4) is a susceptible gene for Graves' disease (GD). Also many showed the association between CTLA4 exon-1 49A/G polymorphism and risk of developing ophthalmopathy (GO) in GD patients. But those results were inconsistent. In recent years new published which helped to shed light on relationship SNP49 with GO. So we performed meta-analysis explore GO susceptibility Studies up February 29, 2012, searched by using PubMed. The odds...

Thermal decomposition kinetics and solution thermodynamics of two polymorphs, felodipine form I IV, were investigated. The thermal the containing decomposing mechanism kinetic parameters studied under non-isothermal conditions using Popescu method, shelf life was simply calculated. results showed that nucleation growth (n = 3/4) Avremi–Erofeev equation is most probable function for I, integral G(α) [−ln(1 − α)]3/4; while Mample Powel law 1) corresponding to α. Notably, individual amorphous...

The 2-deoxy-D-ribose-5-phosphate aldolase gene from Hyperthermus butylicus was subcloned, overexpressed in Escherichia coli and purified to apparent homogeneity. Analysis of the sequence revealed an open reading frame (ORF) 672 base pairs encoding 237 amino acids predicted yield a protein molecular mass 26.4 kDa. encoded E. enzyme activity is optimal at pH 5.5 80°C. For 2-deoxyribose-5-phosphate, Km calculated be 0.15 ± 0.01 mM. recombinant heat stable; no loss observed even after incubation...

Abstract The molecules encoded by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes play an essential role in the adaptive immune response among vertebrates. We investigated molecular evolution of MHC class I sable Martes zibellina . isolated 26 sequences, including 12 putatively functional sequences and 14 pseudogene from 24 individuals two geographic areas northeast China. number found a single individual ranged one to five, which might be at least 1–3 loci. that both balancing selection...

In the present study, a novel cocrystal of felodipine (FEL) and β-resorcylic acid (βRA) was developed. We specially focused on change binding pattern with bovine serum albumin (BSA) induced by cocrystallization FEL βRA. The solid characterizations density functional theory (DFT) simulation verified that FEL–βRA formed in equimolar ratio (1 : 1 M ratio) through C=O…H–O hydrogen bond between C=O group O–H interactions system BSA were studied using fluorescence spectral molecular docking...

In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Daurian jackdaw (Corvus dauuricus, Pallas, 1776) was sequenced and deposited to GeneBank for first time using muscle tissue. This is a circular molecule 16921 bp in length sequence analysis showed it contains 2 rRNA genes, 22 tRNA 13 protein-coding genes D_loop. The phylogenetic basis 12 except ND6 gene species shows that most genus Corvus were grouped into two clades, C. dauuricus basal all other Corvus.
