Abstract Background In mammals, X chromosome genes are present in one copy males and two females. To balance the dosage of X-linked gene expression between sexes, chromosomes females is silenced. inactivation initiated by upregulation lncRNA (long non-coding RNA) Xist recruitment specific chromatin modifiers. The inactivated becomes heterochromatic visits a nuclear compartment adjacent to nucleolus. Results Here, we show novel role for Firre anchoring inactive mouse preserving its main...
Abstract Circular RNA FOXO3 ( CircFOXO3 , also termed as Hsa_circ_0006404 ) is derived from exon 2 of forkhead box O3 gene, and abnormal expression shown in different diseases. However, whether circFOXO3 plays important roles tumorigenesis progression prostate cancer (PCa) remains unclear. In this study, we found that was up‐regulated both PCa tissues serum samples. Moreover, positively correlated with the Gleason score observed to be > 6 samples compared = Knock‐down could remarkably...
GC-content and homopolymer run are two constraints of interest in DNA storage systems. Extensive experiments showed that if is too high (low), or exceeds six a sequence, there will give rise to dramatical increase insertion, deletion substitution errors. Committing study the sequences with both constraints, recent work (Nguyen et al. 2020) proposed class (ϵ, ℓ)-constrained codes can only asymptotically approach capacity, but may have reasonable loss for finite code lengths. In this paper, we...
The cooperative repair model is an available technology to deal with multiple node failures in distributed storage systems. Recently, explicit constructions of MSR codes were given by Ye (IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 2020) sub-packetization level <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$(d-k+h)(d-k+1)^{n}$ </tex-math></inline-formula> . The partially cooperative repair model is an available technology to deal with multiple node failures in a distributed storage system, which does not depend on the heavy assumption of exchanging data all new nodes, increasing flexibility system. In this paper, constructions and schemes for codes minimum overhead optimal bandwidth, i.e., regenerating are proposed. These show that theoretic bound bandwidth tight cases. Notably, these may have smaller sub-packetization compared known model.

In large-scale distributed storage systems, the repair bandwidth, i.e., amount of data downloaded for failures, is one most important factors that determines performance system. this paper, we design a novel cooperative scheme, specifically, Zigzag MSR codes with optimal enabling any <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$h=2$</tex> failed nodes. To best our knowledge, first scheme codes. contrast to previous codes, extremely reduces...

Cooperative repair model is an available technology to deal with multiple node failures in distributed storage systems. Recently, explicit constructions of cooperative MSR codes were given by Ye (IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 2020) sub-packetization level $(d-k+h)(d-k+1)^n$. Specifically, the $(h+1)2^n$ when $d=k+1$. In this paper, we propose a new scheme means inter-instance and intra-instance pairing inherited from perfect code which reduces $2^n$ $(h+1)|2^n$ $(2\ell+1)2^n$...
The sensitive and accurate detection of chloramphenicol is great significance since its environmental toxicity have received particular attention. Herein, a novel defective Se-doped In2S3 (In2S3-xSex) nanostructure with excellent PEC performance was designed to fabricate photoelectrochemical (PEC) biosensor for the ultrasensitive (CAP). Specifically, In2S3-xSex prepared through one-step hydrothermal strategy by using Na2SeSO3 as selenium source. We demonstrated that Se doping improved...
