We present a comprehensive investigation of the charge-transfer (CT) effect in weakly interacting organic semiconductor mixtures. The donor–acceptor pair diindenoperylene (DIP) and N,N′-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-1,7-dicyanoperylene-3,4/9,10-bis(dicarboxyimide) (PDIR–CN2) has been chosen as model system. A wide range experimental methods was used order to characterize structural, optical, electronic, device properties intermolecular interactions. By detailed analysis, we demonstrate that partial CT...
In response to an externally applied time-varying magnetic field, freestanding sensors made of magnetoelastic thick or thin films mechanically oscillate. These oscillations are strongest at the characteristic resonant frequency sensor. Depending upon physical geometry and surface roughness sensor, these mechanical deformations launch acoustic wave that can be detected remotely from test area by a microphone. By monitoring changes in magnetoacoustic multiple environmental parameters measured....

Abstract Fe-based superconductors (FBS) present a large variety of compounds whose properties are affected to different extents by their crystal structures. Amongst them, the RE FeAs(O,F) ( 1111, being rare-earth element) is family with highest critical temperature T c but also anisotropy and Josephson vortices as demonstrated in flux-flow regime Sm1111 ∼ 55 K). Here we focus on pinning lower- Nd1111 flux-creep regime. We demonstrate that for H//c current density J at high temperatures...
In this work we present preparation details and measurement results for an edge-type hybrid Josephson junction based on Co-doped BaFe2As2. The base electrode was formed by ion beam etching of a Ba-122 thin film, while the counter-electrode patterned evaporating lead. Finally, indium protection layer evaporated. shows asymmetric I–V-characteristics with total IC RN -product about 12 μV . characteristics can be fitted within resistively shunted model assuming different fitting parameters...
The electrical transport in the pnictides especially quasiparticle tunnelling and Josephson effects inhomogeneous superconducting systems can provide information on symmetry of order parameter. Different kinds junctions with one or two pnictide electrodes were realised their properties experimentally studied detail (e.g., current–voltage characteristics, microwave response, current‐phase relations, dependencies temperature external magnetic field). These results compared to well‐known recent...
To investigate the properties of iron-based superconductors, we examined different kinds Josephson junctions using Co-doped Ba-122 thin films. Based on bicrystalline SrTiO3 substrates prepared grain boundary (GB) junctions, which showed clear effects. We present electrical measurements at varying temperatures and magnetic fields. Furthermore, hybrid film technique. Confined by a base electrode (S) PbIn counter (S') two geometries are formed: planar SNS' junction with gold barrier (N) in...
We tested oxidized titanium layers as barriers for hybrid Josephson junctions with high IcRn-products and the preparation of tunneling spectroscopy. For that we firstly prepared conventional superconductor electrodes, such lead niobium, respectively. By tuning barrier thickness, were able to change junction's behavior from a junction tunnel-like applicable quasi-particle Subsequently, transferred technology using Co-doped BaFe2As2 thin films by pulsed laser deposition base electrode...
Remote query magneto-acoustic and magneto-optical sensors are used to measure liquid temperature, viscosity density. We report the results of study by angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy intercalated compound ${\mathrm{Cr}}_{1∕3}\mathrm{Ti}{\mathrm{Te}}_{2}$. In range binding energies up to $6\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{eV}$ we obtained band mapping along $\ensuremath{\Gamma}\penalty1000-\hskip0ptM$, $\ensuremath{\Gamma}\penalty1000-\hskip0pt{M}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, and $M\penalty1000-\hskip0ptK$ directions Brillouin zone. It was established that electronic structure...
Abstract We prepared planar hybrid Josephson junctions using Co‐doped BaFe As thin films and polished single crystals as base electrode, sputtered, subsequently oxidized titanium layers barrier a counter electrode from evaporated lead. On all junctions, RCSJ‐like current–voltage characteristics could be observed. The obtained products at 4.2 K range up to 95 V for film 1.15 mV on crystals. For most of the an excess current with variable contribution total Unusual temperature dependencies are...

X-ray diffraction, reflection high-energy electron x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirm ${\mathrm{HfCuSi}}_{2}$ structure material with a peculiar pnictogen square net layer. The superconducting transition temperature ${T}_{\text{c}}$ varies little Pd concentration....
To investigate the superconducting properties of iron pnictides we prepared planar hybrid SNS' junctions in thin film technology with a pnictide base electrode, gold barrier layer and lead counter electrode. Our design allows characterization electrodes junction independently 4-probe method. We show how both influence measured spectra due to their spreading resistance. While Pb electrode has constant resistance above its Tc, contribution is clearly current-dependent thus it needs more...
In this letter, a modification to the recently proposed unconditionally stable D-H ADI FDTD method is presented that considerably reduces late-time error induced by corner cells. The PML boundary derived from direct discretization of modified Maxwell's equations rather than superposition uniaxial boundaries. An optimal choice conductivity profile coefficients proposed. Results show reflection limited for increased time step size beyond Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy stability bound, and maximum...
For the investigation of superconducting properties iron-based superconductors Josephson junctions as well Andreev reflection studies are potential tools. Therefore, we prepared different kinds junctions, based on transport in direction c-axis and ab-plane, respectively. The first one was a planar hybrid superconductor-normal metal-superconductor (SNS') thin film junction for along c-axis. We used BaFe1.8Co0.2As2 (Ba-122) (thickness ≈ 80 nm) by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) base electrode...
