The electroless deposition mechanism of nickel, in a chloride‐based solution, using hypophosphite ion as reducing agent was examined potentiodynamic method and open‐circuit potential measurements. results indicate that the mixed theory is unable to describe this system. This due nature involved mechanism. It assumed process initialized by adsorption ions, followed homolysis primary reductant species, resulting formation atomic ionic radicals which promote nickel hypophosphorous acid...

Abstract We report a straightforward and reproducible electrochemical approach to develop polydopamine-ethanolamine (ePDA-ETA) films be used as immunosensing interfaces. ETA is strongly attached polydopamine during the potentiodynamic electropolymerization of dopamine. The great advantage methods generate oxidized species (quinones), which can readily react with amine groups present in solution, subsequent incorporation this molecule polymer. presence its effect on electrosynthesis was...

In this work some organic natural products were studied, namely tannic acid, gallic mimosa tannin and chestnut tannin, as potential green corrosion inhibitors of the aluminium alloy AA2024-T3. The anodizing treatment was performed in a solution referred compounds diluted sulfuric acid. electrochemical impedance spectroscopy potentiodynamic polarization to assess sealing quality protection granted by anodic films. To understand inhibitors; interaction with metal surface, FTIR spectra sealed...

In a randomized controlled trial, the effect of continuous intravenous administration vasopressin was compared with Sengstaken-Blakemore balloon tamponade in 37 episodes bleeding esophageal varices patients cirrhosis. The majority were Group A and B Child's classification. Bleeding 11 17 (65%) on 14 20 (70%) tamponade. who failed to respond initially (6 5 tamponade) treated successfully alternative method. Overall mortality similar both groups: 3 group 4 died. Only one patient died...

Lectin from the seeds of Dioclea lasiophylla (DlyL) was purified in a single step by affinity chromatography on Sephadex® G-50 column. DlyL strongly agglutinated rabbit erythrocytes and inhibited monosaccharides (D-mannose α-methyl-D-mannoside) glycoproteins (ovalbumin fetuin). Similar to other Diocleinae lectins, has three chains, α, β γ, with mass 25,569 ± 2, 12,998 1 12,588 Da, respectively, no disulfide bonds. The hemagglutinating activity optimal pH 8.0, stable at temperature 70 °C...
