胰母细胞瘤是发生于胰腺的上皮性恶性肿瘤，成人两个部位均发生胰母细胞瘤极为罕见，易误诊为腺神经内分泌癌。该例患者男，49岁，2017年3月因胃窦混合性腺神经内分泌癌行胃癌根治术。2019年3月，因新发现胰腺肿物于南方医科大学南方医院行腹腔肿瘤姑息切除、横结肠部分切除术，术后病理：镜下见瘤细胞呈实性小片状分布，浸润性生长，瘤细胞圆形或椭圆形，细胞核大深染，胞质红染，可见核分裂象，有鳞状小体形成，考虑胰母细胞瘤与胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤鉴别，结合镜下形态及免疫组织化学表型，确诊为胰母细胞瘤。借原单位胃肿瘤切片会诊，证实为胃窦异位胰母细胞瘤。.
