CRISPR-Cas9 has emerged as a highly effective and customizable genome editing tool, holding significant promise for the treatment of KRAS mutations in lung cancer. In this study, we introduce novel micelleplex, named C14-PEI, designed to co-deliver Cas9 mRNA sgRNA efficiently excise mutated allele cancer cells. C14-PEI is synthesised from 1,2-epoxytetradecane branched PEI 600 Da via ring-opening reaction. The resulting critical micelle concentration (CMC) approximately 20.86 ± 0.15 mg L-1,...
In this paper, we present significant progress performed on an experiment dedicated to the determination of Boltzmann constant, k, by accurately measuring Doppler absorption profile a line in gas ammonia at thermal equilibrium. This optical method based first principles statistical mechanics is alternative acoustical which has led unique k published CODATA with relative accuracy 1.7 ppm. We report measurement constant laser spectroscopy uncertainty below 10 ppm, more specifically 6.4 results...
Tall cell carcinoma with reverse polarity (TCCRP) is a rare and newly recognized subtype of invasive breast carcinoma, first described in 2003. It shares histological similarities tall papillary thyroid characterized by structures cellular polarity. Due to its rarity, TCCRP has been poorly understood, fewer than 100 cases have reported globally. This report presents the case South Tunisia, contributing growing body knowledge regarding this tumor. A 34-year-old woman no significant personal...

We report on the growth, fabrication, experimental study and application in an absorption gas setup of distributed feed-back antimonide diode lasers with buried grating. First, half laser structures were grown by molecular beam epitaxy GaSb substrates stopped at top waveguide. A second order Bragg grating was then defined interferometric lithography structure dry etched Reactive Ion Etching. The was, afterwards, thanks to epitaxial regrowth cladding layer. Finally, wafer processed using...
In this paper we present an accurate analysis of the shape isolated rovibrational ammonia line from strong nu2 band around 10 $\mu$m, recorded by laser absorption spectroscopy. Experimental spectra obtained under controlled temperature and pressure, are confronted to various models that take into account Dicke narrowing or speed-dependent effects. Our results show clear evidence for broadening shifting, which had never been demonstrated so far in NH3. Accurate lineshape parameters saQ(6,3)...
An antimonide distributed feedback quantum wells diode laser operating at 3.32 μm near room temperature in the continuous wave regime has been used to perform ethylene detection based on quartz enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy. absorption line centered 3007.52 cm−1 was investigated and a normalized noise equivalent coefficient (1σ) of 3.09 10−7 W Hz−1/2 obtained. The linearity stability have evaluated. Biological samples’ respiration measured validate feasibility setup an agronomic...
We report on our on-going effort to measure the Boltzmann constant, kB, using Doppler broadening technique. The main systematic effects affecting measurement are discussed. A revised error budget is presented in which global uncertainty reduced 2.3 ppm. This corresponds a reduction of more than one order magnitude compared with previous constant measurement. Means reach determination kB at part per million accuracy level outlined.
Hepatic injuries have been reported in patients with Coronavirus disease 2019 infection, particularly those moderate to severe illness. To date, pathological changes caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) liver tissue are unclear. Moreover, the mechanisms involved injury infection not yet established. In this paper, we summarize spectrum of pathologic findings infected SARS-CoV-2 and discuss clinicopathological correlation damage infection.
BACKGROUND: Breast cancer (BC) patients’ diagnosis and management was affected by a global reorganization after the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Our study aimed to assess impact of pandemic on pathological stage newly diagnosed patients with BC compared pre-pandemic identify predictive factors tumor advanced stage. METHODS: Pathological records all consecutive operated between March 2020 December 2021 were reviewed retrospectively. Clinical prognostic collected periods. Then,...
We report first results on the coupling by optical-feedback of a vertical-external-cavity surface-emitting laser to high finesse optical cavity obtain sensitivity absorption measurements around 2.3 μm. This was possible thanks mechanically stiff, short-cavity (0.3 mm) design allowing broad tuning capabilities together with low frequency noise. With respect other semiconductor sources, we achieved comparable (base line noise 9 × 10 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
We report on single-frequency operation and wide mode-hop-free tuning range of a diode laser-pumped vertical-external-cavity surface-emitting semiconductor laser producing up to 3 mW around 2.3 mum. An optically stable external cavity only 1.4 mm is formed using concave dielectric mirror 2-mm radius.
