The coexistence of Brugada syndrome and Wolff‐Parkinson‐White (WPW) is a very rare phenomenon. We describe 31‐year‐old patient without any previous cardiac disorder admitted to our hospital due palpitations concomitantly diagnosed as WPW treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation. He was later followed‐up 2 years symptoms. discuss other previously reported cases in literature, which these two conditions exist simultaneously. (PACE 2011; 760–763)

Abstract The most important feature of the intelligent tutoring systems (ITS), one popular study topics recent years, is that it provides an opportunity for individual learning by taking students' differences into account. In order to be able realize this feature, necessary system recognizes students well. process recognizing student performed as a result observations which ITS applies on students. A number uncertainties arise during these observations. minimize and create productive...

Behcet's disease is a multisystemic, rheumatic disorder characterized by oral and genital ulceration ocular inflammation. Although cardiac involvement not rare as manifestation of disease, coronary arteritis reported seldom. We present the first case left main artery thrombosis in literature leading to acute myocardial infarction that was successfully treated with thrombolytic therapy glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor inhibitors disease.

This paper deals with in a new approach for single-phase matrix converter (SPMC) operating as frequency changer by using safe commutation switching strategy. Models given the literature operate accurately provided that required output is multiples of input frequency. In this study, dead time algorithm has been developed to provide at all values. Operating states are analyzed and voltage obtained via Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) technique. Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT)...
