This paper reports an effective route for the syntheses of N-substituted dicarbamates from dialkyl carbonates and polyurea derivatives, in which derivatives could be successfully synthesized aliphatic diamines CO2 absence any catalyst. Eu 2 O 3 ‐doped aluminoborosilicate glasses were prepared in air at high temperature. Luminescence measurements used to investigate a valence change from 3+ 2+ ions the glasses.
