We report a rare case in female infant (age, 3.5 months) with primary immunodeficiency (IFN-γ/IL-12 pathway defect) who presented suppurative lymphadenitis after Mycobacterium bovis BCG vaccination. The strain of M. identified was found to be resistant isoniazid and rifampin. patient treated special pharmacological regimen involving (in limited, strategic manner), ethambutol, streptomycin, IFN-γ, which there complete resolution the lesions.
