Our case report is of an elderly male with a history IgM κ lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) presenting generalized neuropathy and weakness. Due to his LPL worsening renal function, he underwent biopsy revealing the presence μ heavy λ light chains, diagnosis amyloidosis unbound & chains (AHL), rare type amyloidosis.
