For the aerofoil of small wind turbine working under conditions low-Reynolds, aerodynamic performance seagull and NACA 4412 is contrastively analyzed while Reynolds-Number 、 by Fluent. ZnS quantum dots (QDs) synthesized in water and ethanol solutions were coated with polystyrene (PS) SiO2 shells, respectively. The band edge emission was enhanced by nearly five times after PS coating about thirteen coating, because the surface trap states removed. From photoluminescence properties of QDs shells we have detected improvement thermal stability. This is due to fact that passivation can prevent further growth diffusion oxygen on during oxidation.

Porous silicon (PS) was modified with nano-ZnS using a chemical method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show that after the modification, smaller particles 10–50 nm in diameter appear PS host.
