A novel process for preparing direct reduction iron (DRI) and titanium nitride (TiN) from Panzhihua titanomagnetite concentrate is proposed. This involves pelletizing, roasting magnetic separation. The effects of temperature, coal dosage time on the phase transformation composite pellets were investigated by X-ray diffraction. Results show that TiN formation proceeds less easily than metallic formation. Increasing can promote to TiN. Titanium was almost completely transformed into under...
In the aqueous phase, ion-imprinted materials exhibit excellent selective adsorption properties for specific ions, but their complicated preparation process and large amount of crosslinker consumption limit application. this study, chitosan (IIP-CS) was prepared by a simple one-step hydrothermal method without cross-linking agent efficient trace amounts Al(III) from rare earth solution. The structures morphology IIP-CS were analyzed FT-IR, SEM, XRD. characteristics investigated under various...
In this paper, kaolin was used to synthesise the europium-doped sodalite phosphors (Na8(AlSiO4)6(Cl)2:Eu3+) through hydrothermal method and then roasting processes. The influence of anion type concentration, sodium hydroxide Eu temperature time on synthesized samples were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction photoluminescence spectroscopy applied detect crystallization, morphology luminescence intensity obtained phosphors. Na8(AlSiO4)6(Cl)2 with 10 mol/L NaOH, 2.3:5...
There are difficulties to the conventional depressant for achieving separation of scheelite from calcite sake their similar surface properties. The paper reported that a new quinic acid (QA) was used separating calcite. adsorption experiments, zeta potential experiment, contact angle, FTIR, XPS analysis and crystal chemistry were utilized known depression mechanism selectivity. results showed recovery decreased drastically after QA added, whereas hardly influenced on scheelite. tungsten...

Mechanical grinding is a common method used to enhance the pozzolanic activity of tailings, and these activated tailings can be as supplementary cementitious materials in cement production. However, addition usually reduces workability paste, mechanism influence different minerals on varies. In this study, three kinds principal silicate tailings—quartz, feldspar, mica—were mechanically activated. The rheological properties paste were studied absence or presence PCE (polycarboxylate ether)...
