Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the curvilinear relationship between team informational faultlines and creativity moderating effects humble leadership on relationship. Design/methodology/approach multisource longitudinal survey data were collected from 85 teams. authors conducted linear regression analyses analyze data. Findings results indicate that inverted U -shaped such stronger in teams with low levels leadership. Research limitations/implications research reconciles...

Moreover, all members may necessarily engage spanning, and involvement boundary-spanning behavior vary greatly within teams. exclusive focus mean-level investigation boundary- behaviors neglects a that contribute to such as creativity. In this study, we integrate Categorization-Elaboration Model...
Academic research concerning the functionality of informational faultlines has produced mixed results.
