A new microemulsion electrokinetic chromatographic method based on a butan-1-ol–ethyl acetate–water for the separation and determination of five components in Rheum plant was developed. The migration behavior these analytes studied efficiency optimized by systematic examination content acetonitrile concentration run buffer. Resolution enhanced neutral compounds adjusting content. Extracts sample were analyzed active determined. An equation describing at different concentrations also derived...

In this article, we introduce a chip-capillary hybrid device to integrate capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) with parallel sodium dodecyl sulfate- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) or (CGE) toward automating two-dimensional (2D) protein separations. The consists of three chips that are butted together. middle chip can be moved between two positions reroute the fluidic paths, which enables performance CIEF and injection proteins partially resolved by CGE capillaries for...

The reciprocal thermal isomerization in aqueous solution between neurotoxic nonprotein amino acid β-N-oxalyl-L-α,β-diaminopropionic (β-ODAP) seeds of Lathyrussativus (LS; grass pea) and its nontoxic isomer α-N-oxalyl-L-α,β-diaminopropionic (α-ODAP) was studied using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) the range from pH=2.5 to pH=13 at T=75°C, a decrease equilibrium concentration ratio α-ODAP with increase pH found. In temperatures 55–95°C, rate constants have been measured thermodynamic...

Abstract An on-line flow-injection-microwave oven system employed to accelerate chromogenic reactions is described. Effects of microwave on between Pt(II,IV) and 5-Br-PADAT in HOAc-NaOAc media are studied respectively, a direct spectrophotometric flow-injection determination method for Pt(II) established. The maximum absorption wavelength 600nm Pt(II), 560nm Pt(IV). This applied the platinum fresh catalyst with aluminum as support.

ITO surface photochemical reaction induced by soft X-ray (Mg Kα=125360eV) irr adiation is investigated in-situ XPS technique. The result shows that the con tent of In and Sn in irradiated area goes up with increasing irradiation time, while O falls. changes In3d, Sn3d spectra Auge r Parameter In, suggest there chemical due to irrad iation. It can be concluded more photo-dissociation happens element a ccording obvious fact exists sub-oxidized state after ex posure X-ray. mechanism irra...

An on-line microwave oven was employed in this study to accelerate the coordination reactions between Rh(III), Pd(II), and 2-(3,5-dicloro-2-pyridyl-azo)-5-dimethylaminoaniline (3,5-diCl-PADMA) HOAc-NaOAc media. Two sensitive flow-injection spectrophotometric methods have been established for determination of Rh sequential Pd, respectively. important parameters Microwave-FIA, T1 T2, were investigated. The difference effect irradiation on explained. proposed are applied waste Pd artificial...
