We describe a variant of TCP, called FAST, that can sustain high throughput and utilization at multigigabits per second over large distances. present the motivation, review background theory, summarize key features FAST report our first experimental results.
The superoxide anion radical (O2•–) is produced as a byproduct of regular cellular respiration and plays crucial roles in numerous functions, including homeostasis, cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis. However, when its regulation disrupted, it linked to various illnesses, cancer, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular neurodegenerative etc. Hence, developing precise detection methods for O2•– measurement has recently drawn much scientific attention. Herein, we report the fabrication...
Open Spectrum systems offer an attractive solution to the reuse of under-utilized licensed spectrum. Existing proposals take a reactive sense-and-avoid approach impulsively reconfigure spectrum usage without any knowledge future dynamics. We propose proactive access where secondary users utilize past observations build predictive models on availability, and intelligently plan channel maximize utilization minimize disruptions primary users. Based characteristics TV-broadcast, we develop...
Charge variants, namely acidic and basic are typically found in mAb therapeutics. heterogeneity is not regarded to affect safety efficacy of the product. As a result, commonly followed approach involves assignment specification for variants based on statistical analysis variability levels that seen during commercial manufacturing. This by monitoring product quality demonstrate consistency. paper aims this perception charge warrants more in-depth investigation evaluate role play therapeutic....
Fermentanomics is an emerging field of research and involves understanding the underlying controlled process variables their effect on yield product quality. Although major advancements have occurred in analytics over past two decades, accurate real-time measurement significant quality attributes for a biotech during production culture still not feasible. Researchers used amalgam models analytical measurements monitoring control production. This article focuses using multivariate data...
Abstract The present study investigates the impact of charge variants on bevacizumab's structure, stability, and biological activity. Five basic one acidic were separated using semi-preparative cation exchange chromatography linear pH gradient elution with purity > 85%. Based commercial biosimilar product's composition, two variants, main bevacizumab product, chosen for further investigation. Intact mass analysis tryptic peptide mapping established variants' identity as those originating...
Glycosylation is a critical quality attribute of monoclonal antibody (mAb) therapeutics. Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS) an invaluable technology for the characterization protein glycosylation. HILIC/MS-based glycan analysis relies on library search using Glucose Units (GU) and accurate mass (AM) as primary parameters identification. However, GU-based identifications are gradient-dependent not suitable applications where separation gradients need to...
Host cell proteins (HCPs) are considered a critical quality attribute and linked to safety efficacy of biotherapeutic products. Researchers have identified 10 HCPs in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) that exhibit common characteristics product association, coelution, age‐dependent expression therefore “difficult remove” during downstream purification. These include cathepsin D, clusterin, galectin‐3‐binding protein, G‐protein coupled receptor 56, lipoprotein lipase, metalloproteinase inhibitor,...
Peptidomics allows the identification of peptides that are derived from proteins. Urinary peptidomics has revolutionized field diagnostics as samples represent complete systemic changes happening in body. Moreover, it can be collected a non-invasive manner. We profiled urine different physiological states (heifer, pregnancy, and lactation) Sahiwal cows. Endogenous were extracted 30 individual cows belonging to three groups, each group comprising ten animals (biological replicates n = 10)....
We present Transformer based pretrained models, which are fine-tuned for Named Entity Recognition (NER) task. Our team participated in SemEval-2022 Task 11 MultiCoNER: Multilingual Complex task Hindi and Bangla. Result comparison of six models (mBERT, IndicBERT, MuRIL (Base), (Large), XLM-RoBERTa (Base) (Large) ) has been performed. It is found that among these model performs better both the Bangla languages. Its F1-Scores 0.69 0.59 respectively.
Throughput performance of multihop wireless networks is governed by how the network's transport capacity (in bit-meters per second) partitioned among different network flows. Max-min fair allocation leads to poor throughput for all flows because connections traversing a large number hops consume disproportionate share resources. While proportional provides significant improvement, we point out here that there much richer space resource strategies introducing controlled bias against...
Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are the arsenals of innate host defense system exhibiting ancient evolutionarily conserved characteristics that is present in practically all forms life. Recent years have witnessed emergence antibiotic resistant bacteria compounded with a slow discovery rate for new antibiotics has necessitated scientific efforts to search alternatives antibiotics. Research on identification AMPs generated very encouraging evidences they curb infectious pathologies and also...
