Cervical cancer (CC) occupies a leading position in incidence among young women of reproductive age. In this connection, it is urgent to search for the most effective approaches diagnosis and treatment pathology. The purpose study was evaluate effectiveness PDT method using Cе6 with control photobleaching video spectral fluorescence diagnostic methods, develop fluorescence-assisted systemic photodynamic therapy mediated chlorin e6 CIN 3 CIS.

The study is aimed at developing a method for monitoring photodynamic therapy (PDT) of tumor using chlorin-type photosensitizers (PSs). Lack chlorin e6 (Cе6) photobleaching, hemoglobin oxygenation and blood flow during light exposure can limit the PDT effectiveness. Phototheranostics includes spectral-fluorescence diagnostics Ce6 distribution in NIR range with simultaneous assessment flow. Fluorescence were performed single laser λexc=660±5 nm. Combined spectroscopic allowed estimation...

The paper presents the results of literature data analysis on main directions precancerous diseases cervix uteri and cervical cancer treatment. Side effects following surgery or radiation treatment can lead to structural deformities, scarring, hyperpigmentation, systemic side effects, destruction normal tissue. In addition, use traditional methods cause multidrug resistance, which will ineffective development a relapse disease. To avoid toxicity reduce alternative strategies have been...
