In this paper, for the first time a simple batch process was utilized facile synthesis of cubic FeS2 and flower-like FeSe2. By adjusting amount solvents surfactants added, pure pyrite with defined crystalline structure obtained. It found that reaction temperatures iron sources had significant influence on purities morphologies FeSe2 particles. Optimized method for synthesis of CsPbI<sub>3</sub> NCs using dodecyldimethylammonium bromide as capping molecules can achieve enhanced stability.
This communication reports on the preparation and electric properties of dense nanocrystalline ZnO ceramics. By spark plasma sintering, (∼100 nm) ceramics with a high density 98.5% were obtained at very low temperature 550°C. Electric property measurement revealed novel conduction nonlinearity in sample sintered 500°C. phenomenon is due to nanometerization crystal grain boundary layer an amorphous interfacial layer.
