Poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) is introduced into the SnO2 dispersion as polymer framework to hinder agglomeration. The PEGDA-modified acted electron transport layer (ETL) in n-i-p structured perovskite solar cells (pero-SCs). It demonstrated that PEGDA plays multifunctional roles enhancement of photovoltaic performance and stability against illumination humility. First, ETL more uniform, its energy level matched well with perovskite, which could facilitate carrier reduce loss....

Combining the high stability under UV light of wide bandgap (WBG) perovskite solar cells (pero-SCs) and broad near-infrared absorption spectra narrow (NBG) organic (OSCs), perovskite/organic tandem (TSCs) with WBG pero-SC as front cell NBG OSC rear have attracted attention . However, photovoltaic performance TSCs needs to be further improved. Herein, nonradiative charge recombination loss is reduced through bulk defect passivation in subcell broadening range cell. For pero-SCs, an cation...

Abstract Perovskite solar cell (pero‐SC) has attracted extensive studies as a promising photovoltaic technology, wherein the electron extraction and transfer exhibit pivotal effect to device performance. The planar SnO 2 transport layer (ETL) contributed recent record power conversion efficiency (PCE) of pero‐SCs, yet still suffers from surface defects nanoparticles which brings energy loss phase instability. Herein, we report localized oxidation embellishing (LOE) strategy by applying (NH 4...

Abstract The α-tubulin subtype, Tubulin α-1b chain (TUBA1B), has been shown to influence immune cell infiltration, cancer growth, and survival across various malignancies. However, a comprehensive study not yet undertaken examining the immunological predictive effects of TUBA1B in pan-carcinoma context. Using data from TCGA, GEO, other databases, we analyzed expression carcinoma types using transcriptional profiling, prognostic implications, genetic epigenetic alterations, methylation...

Abstract Organic–inorganic halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted significant attention in photovoltaic research, owing to their superior optoelectronic properties and cost‐effective manufacturing techniques. However, the unbalanced charge carrier diffusion length materials leads recombination of photogenerated electrons holes. The inefficient collecting process severely affects power conversion efficiency (PCE) PSCs. Herein, a solution‐processed SnO 2 array electron transport...

Inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite solar cells (pero-SCs) have attracted great attention in photovoltaic research recent years. Thermal annealing treatment is important for device optimization of the pero-SCs, nevertheless, traditional process leads to residual strain owing difference thermal expansion coefficients between active layer and SnO2 electron transporting (ETL) n-i-p pero-SCs. Additionally, abundant defects mismatched energy levels restrict application as ETL Here, by applying a molten...
