Abstract BACKGROUND Succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) fungicides are an important class of agricultural with the advantages high efficiency and a broad bactericidal spectrum. To pursue novel SDHIs, series N ‐substituted dithiin tetracarboximide derivatives were designed, synthesized, characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C resolution mass spectrum (HRMS). RESULTS These engineered compounds displayed potent fungicidal activity against phytopathogens, including Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ,...

Valinomycin is a cyclodepsipeptide antibiotic with broad spectrum of biological activities, such as antiviral, antitumor, and antifungal activities. However, the low yield valinomycin often limits its applications in medicine, agriculture, industry. In our previous report, Streptomyces sp. ZJUT-IFE-354 was identified high-yielding strain valinomycin. this study, Plackett-Burman design (PBD) response surface methodology (RSM) were used to optimize components medium. The optimal medium...

ABSTRACT To quantify viable probiotic Lacticaseibacillus paracasei (L. paracasei) in fermented milk accurately and quickly, propidium monoazide combined with quantitative loop-mediated isothermal amplification (PMA-qLAMP) was applied. The optimal PMA treatment conditions for treating a L. suspension were determined using an orthogonal test to eliminate the DNA of 108 CFU/mL dead paracasei. Primers designed based on species-specific gyrB gene A phylogenetic tree showed that clustered same...

Abstract Chiral pesticides are now receiving more and attention in the food‐making process. This experiment studied enantioselective behavior of diclofop‐methyl (DM) its main metabolite, diclofop (DC), during soy sauce brewing Two kinds commonly used strains, Aspergillus oryzae Saccharomyces rouxii , were investigated. However, they showed a different degradation ability to enantiomers DM DC. It was observed that (–)‐(S) ‐DM degraded much faster than (+)‐(R)‐ by rouxii, while no...

A series of novel sulfonylurea benzothiazoline were designed by splicing active groups and bioisosterism. solvent-free synthetic route was developed for the derivatives via cyclization carbamylation. All compounds characterized IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HRMS. The biological activity tests indicated could protect maize against injury caused chlorsulfuron to some extent. molecular docking result showed that new compound competed with chlorosulfuron bind herbicide target enzyme site attain detoxification.

Cultured buttermilk is getting popular as an ingredient for bakery and direct consumption in the U.S.. The objective of this study was to develop a symbiotic cultured buttermilk, containing inulin prebiotic probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus Bifidobacterium spp. prepared using commercial mesophilic starter CHN22 (Lactococcus lactis sbusp. cremoris, Lactococcus subsp. lactis, Leuconstoc mesenteorides cermories, biovar diacetylactis) probiotics. control were analyzed chemical composition,...

ABSTRACT Fermented food products have been consumed for thousands of years in China, so fermented Chinese foods may contain huge lactic acid bacterial resources. Here, we report the draft genome sequence a Lactobacillus plantarum isolate, JMCC0013, collected from traditional milk, which provides precious resource genomic analysis strains.
