We report the effect of incorporating graphene oxide in ZnS and developed a ZnS-RGO hybrid film with negative temperature coefficient (NTC) for thermistor application towards sensing this study. The light properties films were also investigated by exposing to sources from mercury tungsten lamp recording photo resistance. As composition increased, sharper diffraction peaks observed thus confirming improved crystallinity. crystallite size decreased 4.02 1.87 nm while lattice strain increased...

Graphene oxide (GO) was chemically synthesized from natural flake graphite (NFG) using the simplified Hummers method. The synthesis carried out two routes. first route involved stirring one pot mixture continuously for three days at ambient temperature while second another six also temperature. GOs were characterized Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman and UV-Visible Spectrometry. FTIR...

This paper reported the thermal and light sensing properties of graphene oxide (GO) reduced (RGO) films obtained by spin coating on soda lime glass. GO showed a higher response 9.0 compared to RGO which had maximum 2.2 at 623 K. The conductivity increased with temperature although typified better conductivity. For GO, negative coefficient resistance (NTC) 0.0032153 /K was is than values in literatures while NTC value 0.00201/K. photo sensing, peak corresponds an energy band gap 3.5 eV...
