The decision to perform a second surgery in staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty (BTKA) remains undetermined. While previous studies have investigated the timing of surgery, they not reached consensus on optimal interval and lack self-controlled comparisons between first surgeries minimize bias. This study aimed address these gaps by evaluating postoperative outcomes across patient-determined intervals conducting internal sequential optimize procedure BTKA. We retrospectively reviewed...

Red light (RL) can improve egg production in Jinghai Yellow hens. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are novel, non-coding RNAs, but the molecular mechanism underlying circRNA function during follicular development hens under monochromatic has not been established. Herein, we compared expression profiles of granulosa cells (GCs) from small yellow follicles (SYFs) RL and white (WL). A total 2,468 circRNAs were identified, which 22 differentially expressed (DE) WL groups. DE host genes enriched ovarian...

Abstract An efficient and accurate method to test Escherichia coli ( E. ) adhesion intestinal epithelial cells will contribute the study of bacterial pathogenesis function genes that encode receptors related adhesion. This used quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method. qPCR primers were designed from PILIN gene F18ab, F18ac, K88ac, pig β -ACTIN gene. Total deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (IPEC-J2 cells) as templates for qPCR. The 2 −ΔΔCt formula was calculate relative...

We compared and analyzed expression of the BPI gene Sutai piglets ranging from newborn to post-weaning days 8, 18, 30, 35 by real-time PCR method, in order determine if it is involved protection against disease caused ETEC F18.There was a significant difference between 18-and 35-day jejunum. There were also differences at other development stages duodenum. There no 30 jejunum. We conclude that porcine may be direct factor resistance F18 weaning piglets, related upregulation mRNA certain extent.

The aim of this study was to determine the molecular mechanism miR-205b targeting 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (HSD11B1) on apoptosis and proliferation granulosa cells (GC) pigeons. Our previous studies suggested that HSD11B1 target gene played a key role in steroid hormone biosynthesis GC development. adenovirus-miR-205b recombinant virus adenovirus-cli-miR-205b-sh were generated, verified, their characteristics determined. viruses used infect pigeons, with real time quantitative...
