Prikazujemo žensko dojenče s fenotipskim karakteristikama sindroma Cornelia de Lange kod kojeg je dokazana i uspješno kirurškiliječena pridružena malrotacija crijeva. Svrha rada upozoriti na činjenicu da crijeva, iako ne pripada skupini učestalihsimptoma Lange, smije biti izostavljena u diferencijalnoj dijagnostici gastrointestinalnih tegoba navedenih bolesnika.
