A case of acute central nervous system toxicity following the intravenous injection vincristine was observed in a patient treated with chemotherapy regimen including cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednisone for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The neurological symptoms consisted right-sided epileptiform jacksonian seizures limited to face, that lasted about 10 min, followed by spontaneous recovery. cerebrospinal fluid study computed tomographic scan brain failed reveal any lymphomatous involvement.

Stenosis of the nostrils is an uncommon deformity frequently caused by a circumferential scar retraction after trauma, infection, or iatrogenic procedures. To avoid recurrence postoperative stenosis, it necessary to maintain corrected contour nostril during period wound contraction. For this purpose, we describe new acrylic conformer that expansible. The splint fits patient's exactly and its expansion can even achieve overcorrection, improving poor surgical result.
