Stenosis of the nostrils is an uncommon deformity frequently caused by a circumferential scar retraction after trauma, infection, or iatrogenic procedures. To avoid recurrence postoperative stenosis, it necessary to maintain corrected contour nostril during period wound contraction. For this purpose, we describe new acrylic conformer that expansible. The splint fits patient's exactly and its expansion can even achieve overcorrection, improving poor surgical result.
