이 연구는 산재근로자의 경제활동 변화 유형과 미충족의료 경험과의 관계를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 유형은 산재보험패널데이터를 활용하여 2018년과 2019년의 상태에 따라 4개 유형으로 구분하였다. 경험 여부는 조사결과를 활용하였으며, 경제활동변화 관련성을 알아보기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 경험률은 7.7%로 한국의료패널에서 조사한 한국 성인의 경험률(10.7%)보다 낮았고, 취업상태를 유지하고 있는 산재근로자에 비해 취업-미취업 상태인 경험률이 1.58배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해소를 위해서는 직장복귀 및 고용유지를 위한 제도를 활성화하고, 경제활동을 할 수 없는 산재보험 보장성이 강화되어야 것이다.
