The isolation of individual single-wall carbon nanohorns (SWNHs) from spherical dahlia-shaped aggregates SWNHs has been successfully achieved for the first time by sucrose density gradient centrifugation. shapes took straight and two- three-way branched forms. lengths or each arm types were 10−70 nm, their diameters 2−10 nm. This new type nanocarbon tubules will advance research applications nanostructures.

Abstract Bu3SnSnBu3 proved to be effective reagent for Reformatsky reaction. The use of Bu2SnI2 as an additive was essential, which generation organotin (IV) enolates. From the reaction with aldehydes, aldol type products were obtained in good yields.
Large sized spherical graphitic particles with the diameter as large several micrometers, so called giant graphite balls (GGBs), are more or less included in sample of carbon nanohorns (CNHs) which prepared by method pulsed arc-discharge laser ablation. For use CNHs application, it is needed to decrease such impurity from sample. In order find a way GGBs content, we investigate origin and simple for increasing purity. The exfoliated materials rod, an exfoliation can be nearly avoided preheat...
The biodistribution of N-isopropyl-p-iodoamphetamine (IMP) was studied in the rat brain.131 l-labelled IMP injected intravenously awake animals. Activities brain Sprague-Dawley rats were 2.68–3.22 (% dose/g) cortex and 0.59–0.66 white matter at 1 min p. i. slightly increased 60 i., while activities markedly 6 h Therefore, cerebral cortex-to-white ratio decreased from 5 to within after injection. Autoradiograms 1–10 showed high contrasts. low matter, but homogeneous – h. seems be a useful...

Lamellarins D, L, and N are marine natural products with varying degrees of cytotoxic activity. A general approach to the unusual 14-phenyl-6H-[1]benzopyrano[4′,3′:4,5]pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-6-one scaffold is reported using a Hinsberg-type pyrrole synthesis palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions.

In this note, we shall show the following: Let R be a Noetherian local ring of prime characteristic p.If has p-basis over p and is generically reduced, then regular ring.
