<h3>Background</h3> Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disease characterized mainly by recurrent pregnancy failures and/or thrombosis 1. Interleukin (IL)-35, a new member of IL-12 family, was demonstrated to play role in the immunopathogenesis several diseases 2,3. The expression IL-35 observed be abnormal idiopathic loss 4. <h3>Objectives</h3> To determine and assess its association with clinical /laboratory features patients APS....

A new ocotillol-type ginsenoside, named pseudoginsenoside F12 (1), was isolated from American ginseng berry, whose structure elucidated as 6-O-[α-L-2,3-epoxy-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-dammar-20S,24R-epoxy-3β, 6α,12β,25-tetraol. In addition, the known alkaloids β-carboline-1-carboxylic acid (2) and anoectochine (3) were for first time Araliaceae family. The compound 1 evaluated cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line.

For cGMP compliance of dietary supplements and quality control herbal medicinal products, proper identification raw material is great importance. In this respect Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) can present challenging tasks because pharmacopoeial drug monographs may include multiple species often don't provide sufficient analytical methods. High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) a very suitable tool for direct comparison fingerprints from samples side by allows determining...

<h3>Background</h3> Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disease characterised mainly by arterial and/or venous thrombosis, recurrent pregnancy morbidity, with the presence of a variety heterogeneous circulating antiphospholipid antibodies. However, there are group APS patients persistently negative It necessary to validate new specific antibodies better recognition these patients. <h3>Objectives</h3> To explore clinical significance non-criteria anti-phospholipid in large cohort...
