This paper describes the design and control of phase shift full bridge converter with a current doubler, which can be used for on-board charger lead acid battery electric forklift. Unlike common resistance load has large capacitance element it absorbs entire output ripple thereby shortening life degrading system efficiency. In Li-ion batteries, the mechanical strengths at interfaces of binder/particle and binder/current collector play an important role in maintaining integrity composite electrode. this work, separation behaviors between polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) binders copper current collectors are studied opening sliding modes using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.
