Peculiarities of arterial blood supply in the posterior segment foot were studied on 20 lower extremities 15 cadavers. Zones with feeble-marked detected and rational surgical approaches to bones joints within those zones suggested. Fifty nine interventions performed via suggested approaches: subtalar joint arthrodesis - 47 (79.6%), metal osteosynthesis calcaneous 7 (11.9%), operation for plantar fasciitis 3 (5.1%), resection neoplasms 2 (3.4%).
