A grating lobe-free silicon optical phased array with large field of view is demonstrated. Antennas periodically bending modulation are spaced at half wavelength or less. The experimental results show that the crosstalk between adjacent waveguides negligible 1550 nm wavelength. Additionally, to reduce reflection caused by sudden change refractive index output antenna array, tapered antennas added end face so more light will be coupled into free space. fabricated shows a 120° without any lobes.
