Dunaliella salina, halotorelant unicellular green algae, is the main natural source of beta-carotene. Several strains local salina were isolated. Together with bardawil DCCBC 15 and CCAP 19/18, examined for their growth under effects salinities (1 M, 1.5 M 2 M) light intensities (50, 100 150 µmol photon/m2/s). The result showed optimal was obtained at 50 photon /m2/s intensity. Data this study will be further applied carotenogenic induction experiments using salinity stresses on these strains.

Khối lượng phân tử stPCL xác định bằng phương pháp sắc ký gel (GPC,) nằm trong khoảng 1.600Da. Cấu trúc phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân (1H-NMR) quang hồng ngoại biến đổi Fourier (FTIR).
