Abstract We report a case of transient sixth nerve palsy after systemic administration bevacizumab. Two days bevacizumab in conjunction with gemcitabine and carboplatin 67‐year‐old woman recurrent primary ovarian cancer, the patient developed palsy. After was stopped, complete left resolved spontaneously over course 3 months. This is first reported bevacizumab‐induced cranial treatment gynecologic malignancy.
