To investigate the pyrolysis characteristics of waste tire, an analytical pyrolyzer coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py–GC/MS) setup had been proposed. Waste tire was pyrolyzed under different temperatures. Results showed that primary products at 600 °C were alkenes rather than alkanes or aromatics. Isoprene (18.7%) and d-limonene (22.9%) represented main compounds chain cyclic alkenes, respectively. The degradation procedure also investigated. It could be indicated that,...

F(2)-isoprostanes (F(2)-iPs), established markers of oxidative stress, exist as four sets regioisomers. Simultaneous and specific determination F(2)-iPs can be achieved by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). We developed novel methods for urine sample preparation HPLC to control matrix-related ion suppression effects in the LC-MS/MS analysis F(2)-iPs. A selective solid-phase extraction (SPE) wash protocol was with an Oasis HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) SPE...

Nanozymes are nanomaterials with catalytic properties similar to enzymes and offer advantages over natural such as lower cost, ease of storage, convenience for large-scale preparation. Thus, they have received increasing attention extensively applied in fields chemistry, sensing, food, environment, medicine. Herein, a hemin-derived nanozyme (Hemin-CDs) was prepared using hemin the precursor used substitute horseradish peroxidase (HRP) colorimetric detection. The Hemin-CDs exhibit excellent...
