Este trabajo trata de resaltar la importancia tomografía oblicua del tórax en el estudio los hilios pulmonares. 
 Se muestran fundamentos técnicos para su realización, describiendo igualmente anatomía hiliar y comentándose las principales indicaciones. Como complemento, se presentan algunos casos clínicos que esta técnica fue utilidad diagnóstica.
