We studied the cell surface expression of sialosyl-Le(x) (SLe(x)) and sialosyl-Le(a) (SLe(a)) its correlation with E-selectin- P-selectin-dependent adhesion, employing 12 human cancer lines derived from solid tumors 2 myelogenic leukemic lines, HL60 U937. Among all tested, there was a clear between E-selectin-dependent adhesion degree SLe(x) SLe(a) expression. None bound significantly to P-selectin, but U937 strongly P-selectin. The cDNA clone encoding P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1...

Abstract Weissella ceti , one of Gram-positive lactic‐acid bacteria, as a newly emerging pathogen can cause the rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) with Weissellosis. Until now, it is not easy to identify W. from other pathogens by symptoms fish infected especially at primary stage infection, and thus method identification was needed determine conveniently quickly this pathogen. In study, loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) detection has higher specificity sensitivity for . The...
The purpose of this study was to analyse the normal vertebral development and status malformations for Platichthys stellatus fed in artificial conditions. Eggs were taken from cultured parental P. stellatus, being incubated until larvae, juvenile an recirculating system. Specimens that randomly collected hatching 75-day-old dyed with alcian blue alizarin red. Vertebral as cartilage initiated at 6-day-old by emergence anterior haemal arches spines region, followed neural spines. centra...
