Drug toxicity is a long-standing concern of modern medicine. A typical anti-pain/fever drug paracetamol often causes hepatotoxicity due to peroxynitrite ONOO- . Conventional blood tests fail offer real-time unambiguous visualization such in vivo. Here we report luminescent approach evaluate acute vivo by chromophore-conjugated upconversion nanoparticles. Upon injection, these nanoprobes mainly accumulate the liver and luminescence nanoparticles remains suppressed owing energy transfer...

Abstract Defect engineering is an effective strategy to enhance the enzyme‐like activity of nanozymes. However, previous efforts have primarily focused on introducing defects via de novo synthesis and post‐synthetic treatment, overlooking dynamic evolution during catalytic process involving highly reactive oxygen species. Herein, a defect‐engineered metal–organic framework (MOF) nanozyme with mixed linkers reported. Over twofold peroxidase (POD)‐like enhancement compared unmodified...

We report a Cu(II)-catalyzed C-H amidation/cyclization of azomethine imines with dioxazolones as acyl nitrene transfer reagents under additive- and ligand-free conditions. An array 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine derivatives were afforded in moderate to good yields excellent functional group tolerance. In addition, scale-up reaction photoluminescence properties discussed.

The direct feeding value of distillers grains is low due to the presence higher cellulose, lignin and anti-nutritional factors such as mannan xylan. In this study, complex enzymes probiotic flora based on “probiotic enzyme synergy” technology were used produce fermented grains. optimal substrate ratio, moisture content, fermentation time temperature determined. Subsequently, scale-up experiments conducted determine performance feed. results showed that multi-probiotic ( Lactobacillus casei ,...

The complex composition of real plastic wastes poses a significant challenge for their large-scale disposal. A responsive on-site compositional analysis plastics is informative in choosing downstream processing methods. Nanocatalyst-based assay kit highly qualified this scene; however, there remain no efficient nanocatalysts due to inert chemistry. Herein, we first unveiled the hydroxyl spillover effect an Fe-Se dual-site catalyst (FeSe/NC) and devised prototype colorimetric mixed plastics....
