Abstract The application of ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting in machining is also increasing. In order to provide practical guidelines for industrial applications, a single-factor experimental method was employed compare the surface morphology and roughness 6061 aluminum alloy processed by longitudinal-torsional conventional end milling side milling. influence amplitude on quality systematically analyzed. results indicate that both exhibit similar regular fish-scale-like textures....

Response time is the key index of on-line monitoring system. To improve response speed traditional bead thermal conductivity CO 2 sensor, this paper proposes to use multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) performance gas sensor carrier. Nano-sized γ-Al O 3 /CeO powder was synthesized by chemical precipitation method under action ultrasonic wave. SEM morphology reveals a particle size 20–50 nm. MWCNTs were hydroxylated and solution then prepared adding certain amount dispersant The composite...

Abstract To overcome the fragility of chemical cross-linked hydrogel and improve cell compatibility poly( N -isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel, physical cross-linker lithium magnesium silicate hydrate (LMSH) silk sericin (SS) created by Bombyx mori (silkworms) were adopted as biocompatible monomer to prepare SS/poly(NIPAM/LMSH) nanocomposite hydrogels. The temperature sensitivity cytocompatibility like mouse fibroblasts (L929) proliferation desorption investigated. Depending on SS content,...

Potential applications of nanofibers as a new-generation material will be realized if suitable nanofiber yarns become available. Electrospinning has been widely accepted feasible technique for the fabrication continuous yarns. However its low output limited industrial applications. This paper presents new processing approach to fascinated which possess excellent properties while enhancing mechanical strength by core yarn.

AlN thick films were grown on c-plane sapphire substrates by hydride vapor phase epitaxy at high temperature. The evolution of the strain state and crystal quality with increase thickness investigated transmission electron microscopy, field-emission scanning Raman spectra atomic force microscopy (AFM). As increased, stress in epilayers decreased gradually, which was attributed to reaction dislocations first several microns thickness. When more than 20 μm, almost fully relaxed due formation...

Y2O3-ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings on a GH2132 alloy were fabricated by atmospheric plasma spraying method. Failure behaviours of the under combined condition hot corrosion and shock investigated. Surface cross-sectional morphologies before after exposures assessed using scanning electron microscopy. It was established that main failure mode formation net-like cracks in penetrating to bond coat/substrate interface. By detailed consideration analysis X-ray diffraction morphologies, effect...

The Ti/Al/Ni/Au metals were deposited on undoped AlN films by electron beam evaporation. influence of annealing temperature the properties contacts was investigated. When temperatures between 800 and 950 °C, AlN–Ti/Al/Ni/Au became ohmic resistance decreased with increase temperature. A lowest specific 0.379 Ω·cm 2 obtained for sample annealed at °C. In this work, we confirmed that formation mechanism due to Al–Au, Au–Ti Al–Ni alloys, reduction could originate from Au Ti AlAu alloys. This...
