The rising incidence of hip arthroplasty procedures, combined with demographic trends and concerns over metal-on-metal implant complications, has created an urgent need for accurate diagnostic methods patients replacements. While conventional radiography remains the initial investigation choice, it often fails to detect or accurately assess full extent complications. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) emerged as a vital tool in post-arthroplasty evaluation, particularly through advances pulse...

Abstract Iliopsoas bursitis, although not rare, may manifest clinically as a detectable mass in the groin area. This condition has potential to apply pressure on adjacent femoral neurovascular bundle, leading isolated mononeuropathy. We present an uncommon case of mononeuropathy 46-year-old female patient caused by enlarged iliopsoas bursa. The is noteworthy due its rarity and clinical diagnostic challenges associated with assessing individuals mass, hip flexor weakness, nerve palsy.

Abstract Introduction: Till date, weight-bearing radiographs have been the cornerstone for planning surgeries on flatfoot. The technique, however, has limitations due to superimposition of bones and lack reproducibility. Weight-bearing CT with its unique design overcomes these enables cross-sectional imaging foot be done in natural position. In this paper, we report our initial experience assessment flatfoot deformity. Materials Methods: Around 19 known cases were scanned CT. Each was then...

Multiple environmental factors are associated with development of hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP), and diagnostic algorithms for the diagnosis HP have been proposed in recent perspectives. We analyzed data patients from interstitial lung disease (ILD)-India registry. The analysis was performed to (1) find prevalence HP, (2) reclassify as per a recently classification criterion assess level certainty, (3) identify causative agents HP.This prospective multicenter study consecutive, consenting...

Background: Predictors of survival for interstitial lung disease (ILD) in the Indian population have not been studied. The primary objective study was to assess Modified-Gender Age and Physiology (M-GAP) score predict patients with ILD seen clinical practice. We also analyzed role demographic radiological characteristics predicting ILD. Materials Methods: In India registry, data were collected from 27 centers across 19 cities between March 2012 June 2015. A single follow-up conducted at 18...

With the ever-increasing number of total knee replacement, demand for early diagnosis post arthroplasty complications has increased as well. The various associated with replacement include bursitis, tendinitis, periprosthetic fracture, infection, instability, malalignment, loosening, prosthesis osteolysis, soft tissue impingement, and extensor mechanism problems. Radiographs nuclear imaging, earlier mainstays evaluation knee, have vast limitations, especially in evaluating details which...

Background: Metal-on-metal (MoM) hip replacement, a durable alternative to conventional metal -on-polyethylene is increasingly common nowadays. There 4-8% incidence of pain and complications which usually go undetected on radiographs. MRI has vast potential for early diagnosis in these cases. Aim: To evaluate the feasibility MR imaging MoM hips review features various associated with implants. Materials Methods: 41 patients 52 replaced using prostheses underwent 1.5T scanner standard...
