【目的】「もしも」のときの医療・ケアにおける話し合い行動意図尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検討した.【方法】計画的行動理論を参考に項目を作成した.Item-Level Content Validity Index(I-CVI)による内容的妥当性の検討,予備テストを経て原案とした.関東地方の20~79歳の一般人(n=860)を対象に横断的調査および1週間後の再テスト(n=665)をWebにて実施した.尺度の項目分析および信頼性係数(級内相関係数,クロンバックα係数)の算出,構成概念妥当性,併存妥当性を検討した.【結果】探索的因子分析にて6因子(結果評価,影響感,コントロール信念,遵守意思,規範信念,行動信念)が確認された.尺度全体のα係数は0.96,既知集団妥当性による効果量,併存妥当性による相関係数は中程度であった.【結論】本尺度の信頼性と妥当性は概ね確認された.
