Chronic pain is a condition in which the use of digital health technologies, ecological momentary assessments, and communication tools may boost patient's engagement coping. Here we present results PainRE-Life project, financed by Lombardy Region (Italy), aimed to develop dynamic integrated technology ecosystem based on big data management analysis allow care continuity patients with pain, able act as decision aid for caregivers.
