The present study investigated the impact of plasma-activated water (PAW), slightly acidic electrolytic (SAEW) and (PASW) treatment on myofibrillar protein (MP) in salmon fillets. Additionally, interaction mechanism between myosin reactive oxygen species was explored by molecular docking. Compared with control group (719.26 nm), PASW exhibited smallest particle size (408.97 nm). efficacy reducing MP aggregation inhibiting oxidation. In comparison other treatments, demonstrated a greater...
<title>Abstract</title> Bone injury is a common side effect of radiotherapy in tumors and long-term response after damage to osteoblasts, especially reduction osteoblast proliferation differentiation. Currently, there are few studies on radiation-induced bone injury, the molecules involved ionizing radiation (IR)-induced remain be identified. In this study, optimal IR conditions (8 Gy, 2.22 Gy/min) were first determined by measuring cell proliferation, cycle, apoptosis further...
Abstract Glaucoma is a complex neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the progressive loss of retinal ganglion cells (RGC) and optic nerve axons, leading to irreversible visual impairment. Despite its clinical significance, underlying mechanisms glaucoma pathogenesis remain poorly understood. In this study, we aimed unravel multifaceted nature investigating interaction between T retinas. By utilizing samples, murine models, cell transfer made several key findings. Firstly, observed that...
Aim: To investigate the association between plasma AAT level and glaucoma. Methods: 163 glaucoma patients 111 healthy controls were recruited. The levels measured by ELISA. Results: Plasma was significantly higher in than those (p < 0.001). Patients with exhibited severer disease stage (early vs. severe: p 0.05; H-P-A; early end-stage: 0.01; AGIS). ROC curves yielded that can distinguish from advanced AUC: 0.616; 0.763; 0.660; Conclusion: is a useful biomarker for identification of severity.
<title>Abstract</title> This study aimed to extract novel salty-enhancing peptides from the collagen of sea cucumber. The model transmembrane channel-like 4 (TMC4) salt taste receptor was constructed by AlphaFold2 de novo model, and interaction between studied molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. results revealed that 99.4% amino acid residues in Ramachandran Plot TMC4 resided within allowed region, thereby substantiating rationality model. docking indicated Gln 279, Glu 92, Lys 278 may be...
Abstract Objectives To understand the status quo and related influencing factors of machine alarm fatigue hemodialysis nurses in tertiary hospitals Liaoning Province. Methods This cross-sectional study employed convenience sampling to select 460 from 29 Province, who are involved care. Surveys were conducted using General Information Questionnaire, Alarm Fatigue Scale, National Aeronautics Space Administration Task Load Index, Maslach Burnout Inventory Scale. Results The overall score for...
Background and Objective Bone injury is a common side effect of radiotherapy to tumors, which long-term response after damage osteoblasts, especially reducing osteoblasts proliferation differentiation. Currently, there are few studies on radiation-induced bone injury, the molecules involved in ionizing radiation (IR) induced remain need be excavated. Therefore, this study aims establish osteoblast model, screen identify relevant factors through RNA-sequencing. Methods The MC3T3-E1 cells were...

<title>BACKGROUND</title> Virtual reality (VR) training uses computer-generated simulations that enable users to engage with immersive virtual environments, simulating real-world activities or therapeutic exercises. This technology is increasingly recognized as a promising intervention address the physical and psychological challenges faced by dialysis patients, who frequently experience diminished function, social isolation, emotional distress associated prolonged treatment regimens....
