Abstract This article investigated how collectivism-oriented human resource management can influence on innovation performance through team reflexivity and psychological safety. Using a sample of 200 research-oriented teams in Chinese universities, the empirical results clearly indicate that is beneficial to teams’ performance. This paper presents an algorithm structure for active noise control (ANC) system based on improved equation error (EE) model that employs the offline secondary path modeling method. The of a compressor in gas station is taken as example to verify performance proposed ANC system. results show improves reduction and convergence speed compared with other typical systems.
