Probing the $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ cluster of $^{16}\mathrm{O}$ with relativistic $^{16}\mathrm{O}+^{16}\mathrm{O}$ collisions has raised great interest in heavy ion community. However, effects on soft hadron observables vary largely among different studies. In this paper, we explain differences by compactness oxygen, using iEBE-VISHNU hydrodynamic simulations initial state configurations. We also find several observables, such as intensive skewness $[{p}_{\mathrm{T}}]$ correlator...

In this paper, the Hawking-Page phase transitions between black holes and thermal anti-de Sitter (AdS) space are studied with Gauss-Bonnet term in extended space, which varying cosmological constant plays role of an effective thermodynamic pressure. The exhibits its effects via introducing corrections to hole entropy Gibbs free energy. global structures, especially transition temperature $T_{\rm HP}$ energy $G$, systematically investigated, first for Schwarzschild-AdS then charged rotating...

We demonstrated a nonlinear temporal filter based on the self-diffraction (SD) process. Temporal contrast enhancement, angular dispersion and spectrum broadening properties of SD process are investigated in experiment simulation. Driven by spectral phase well compensated laser pulses with bandwidth 28 nm, produced clean higher than 10 excellent spatial profile, which was smoothed broadened to 64 nm. After implementing this into home-made 30 TW Ti:sapphire amplifier, amplified enhanced within...

In this paper, a pedestal looseness fault model of rotor‐bearing‐seal system is established. Under two working conditions the same direction eccentricity (Working Condition 1) and reverse 2), rotor orbits, vibration waveforms, spectrum cascade, Poincaré maps are used to study dynamic characteristics when sliding bearing support loosened. The influence speed, unbalance discs, clearance, mass on analyzed. found that Working 2 more likely cause support. Moreover, for in occur near second‐order...

A theoretical model for calculation of the high frequency characteristics sine waveguide slow-wave structure (SWS) is proposed. The formulas dispersion and interaction impedances hybrid modes are obtained by combining Helmholtz equation with appropriate boundary conditions. Using full wave analysis method, it proved that periodic structures a half-period shift followed leads to pairwise closing passbands characteristic adjacent mode. SWS 0.22THz traveling tube (TWT) chosen as an illustrative...

In this paper, a rectangular magnetic fluid deformable mirror (MFDM) with dual-layer actuators is proposed, which designed to improve the correction performance for full-order aberrations. Compared conventional adaptive optics system that uses two mirrors configure as woofer–tweeter system, proposed MFDM combines into one by using two-layer layout design of actuators. Firstly, based on governing equations fluid, derived from principles conservation mass and field, dynamics model surface...

The density, temperature and length of the plasma used in backward Raman amplification will all influence result. To explore density pump intensity, this work uses one-dimensional particle cell (PIC) algorithm to simulate process 800 nm laser injecting into plasma. By analyzing scattered light, it is found that as increases, wavelengths light shorten. It also forward scattering cause change, which turn influences wavelength. Therefore, we should choose based on wavelength while related intensity.
